Route description:

The route is flat and goes along the coast line. However there are some uphills on the way as it is typical for the eastern Finland´s landscape. The route is officially measured.

Refreshment stations:

There will be refreshment stations every 3 km with water, sport drink, juice, raisins and pickled cucumber

Venue facilities:

Dressing rooms, showers and bag storage available close to the race office.
There is also a beach near to the competition area.

Distances and series:

Marathon: Men/Women, 40. 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 years.
Half Marathon: Men/Women, 40. 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 years.

10,6 km: Boys/Girls 13, 15 and 17 years
Men/Women,  45

 Walking and Nordic walking 10,6 km and 21,1 km
 

Starting times: 
Marathon at 11:00 am
Half Mararthon, 10,6 km at 12:00

Competition office and distribution of race numbers:

You can find the competition office from the sports hall which is 100 meters from the competition area. Open on Saturday 18th July from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Sunday17th July from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There is a different desk for pre-registrations and registrations at the event. On Sunday the registration opens at 8:00 am and registration at the event closes at 11:30 am. You must confirm your registration 30 min before the start.

The entry fees will not be refunded in any case. You are able to transfer your registration to next year´s edition with a medical certificate or to another person (10 € transfer fee).

Every runner will receive a medal and a soup meal. All runners who have started will be participating in the lottery.
